radical generosity. eternal impact
God wants to work through our generosity in ways we could never imagine or accomplish on our own. Part of celebrating His goodness means stepping out in faith, giving sacrificially, and trusting that He will multiply what we surrender.
We know that when we faithfully do our part, God honors it and uses it to do immeasurably more. The Celebrate Offering is our opportunity to sow kingdom-advancing seeds — not just in response to what God has done, but in anticipation of what He will do.
what is it?
As we approach the end of the year, we pause as a church to reflect on God’s faithfulness and celebrate the ways He has worked for us and through us. On Sunday, December 7th, we’ll come together as a church family to express our gratitude and sow into the next season through our Celebrate Offering.

This offering is a chance to give above and beyond our regular tithe, to go further than we’ve gone before, and to prepare our hearts for what God will do next.
tithe vs offering
The Bible teaches that giving the first fruits of our income is an act of trust — a declaration that everything we have comes from Him. Tithing (giving the first 10%) is a way to honor God and rely on His provision.
Offerings go beyond the tithe. They are gifts of faith and generosity that stretch us and allow us to partner with God in a deeper way.
why "celebrate"?
The Celebrate Series reminds us that God doesn’t hide our brokenness… He highlights and redeems it. From Tamar to Rahab to Bathsheba, the genealogy of Jesus is filled with stories of scandal, outsiders, and grace.

We celebrate what God has done, and we celebrate who He chooses to use, including us. This offering is a declaration that our past doesn’t disqualify us, it positions us for impact. The seed we sow may leave our hands, but it will never leave our lives.

We invite you to pray about this offering. Ask God to show you what He’s already done, what He’s calling you to celebrate, and what seed you can sow into this next season.

Together, we can celebrate a greater reach and impact in the year ahead.
celebrate the stories
what is our vision?
Church For The One exists to reach the doubting, the done with religion, and the disengaged from faith. We are obsessed with the one — committed to sharing the good news of Jesus and helping people discover their divine purpose. Our goal is to engage 1% of Lakeland in active ministry and celebrate the baptism of 3,571 people before 2030. We are the Church.
how do I give?
The Celebrate Offering will take place during services on Sunday, December 7th at our Highland Park, North Lakeland, and Online campuses. Every member of our church family — adults, youth, and kids — is invited to participate!
Offering envelopes will be available in-person and online, with instructions on how to give. If you’re unable to attend on December 7th, you can still give online through January 31st, 2026.
*As a reminder, all donations must either be received, or post marked on or prior to December 31st, 2025, or given online by midnight December 31st, 2025, to be listed on your 2025 charitable contribution statement. Our church office has a mail slot located next to the front door to accommodate for last minute gifts at year end.*

mark the moment.
Every family who takes part in this offering will receive an ornament to mark the milestone. This isn’t compensation — it’s a reminder that generosity is our lifestyle. Every time we see that ornament, we remember that it’s better to give than to receive, and that God uses what we sow to move miraculously in and through us.

our vision
We seek to reshape the perception of the Church's relevance by becoming the first place people look to for identity, community, and help. We will be a church that is "obsessed with the one", focused on reaching those who are doubting, done with religion, and disengaged from faith; a church that feels such urgency to share the good news of Jesus and help others claim their divine purpose that our comfort no longer factors into the equation.
The life of our church is the activated faith of every individual. We will always call people to a step forward toward Jesus, believing that everyone has gifting and calling upon their life, regardless of their current starting point. We seek to connect people to the bigger thing that God is doing by leading them from serving while being discipled, to discipling while serving. We will build a foundation of faith through Scripture that people can always rely upon, a springboard for their future calling.
Our call is to transform our community, building the leaders and shaping the systems so that our community would look more like God's kingdom than it does today. Our commitment is to engage 1% of Lakeland in active ministry and to celebrate the baptism of 3,571 people before 2030. While we begin in our neighborhoods, we will not allow our current address to define our future footprint but will expand in our influence and ethnic diversity. We seek to continuously make a greater impact through helping other churches, deploying leaders, expanding online, and planting campuses.
This is Church: grace that is not devoid of truth. This is Church: an intergenerational community that swims against the current of prolonged adolescence. This is Church: a people humbled so that we will love as God loves. This is Church: so healthy that the gospel is irresistible. We are not a cruise ship, but a battleship. We are the Church.
